Can I arrange recurring trips?+
Yes. Contact dispatch to discuss recurring appointments or facility standing orders, including pickup times and mobility requirements.
Can a healthcare facility coordinate a ride?+
Facilities can use the existing facility portal or contact dispatch to coordinate transportation and discuss passenger needs.
Will my health plan cover the ride?+
Coverage and authorization requirements vary. Contact your health plan or transportation broker to confirm eligibility and arrange covered transportation.
Is this an emergency medical service?+
Sava Med Trans provides non-emergency transportation. For a medical emergency, call 911.
